Timesheet manager

The GoldFigure timesheet manager makes it possible to track all resource effort based on activities undertaken for clients. The live data can then be manipulated in an online Microsoft Office Pivot Table and linked Pivot Graph.
Tasks are tracked through activities performed by employees for clients. This simple model allows detailed tracking, commonly down to 15 or 30 minute intervals, of all staff effort.
GoldFigure has a flexible model for calculating resource 'cost' and 'fees' making it possible for finance officers to track utilisation ratios and the true cost of project delivery without which you can never properly assess the profitability of a project. Client discounts can be applied and activities can be marked as billable / non-billable. Unlike traditional timesheet applications, GoldFigure's relational structure enables end to end tracking of professional service delivery from opportunity generation through to project completion.
PRINCE2 practitioners can use the additional information captured in task entry to relate all effort back to Microsoft Project or similar project plans.
