Premier Care - taking the hassle out of hosting
Premier Care has been put together in response to a group of our customers who would prefer we take the heat out of hosting.
As a website owner it's vitally important that you keep your website up to date. You can subscribe to news of security updates from Joomla, Wordpress, Magento, etc and when they are released, download and apply them to your website. Make sure you take a backup first in case it all goes wrong.
For some customers this is more than they want to be involved with. It's not their business to understand web hosting and we appreciate that.
For Premier Care clients, we will back up their website (and ensure they are sent a copy via email), apply security updates whenever they are released and if it all goes horribly wrong... we send in the graffiti police to clean up the mess.
