New password policy
From 1 May all FTP passwords issued are horrible, long and complicated passwords generated by http://strongpasswordgenerator.com/. You are unlikely to remember them, and they can't be changed... sorry about that. The good news however is that the are really, really secure. This is all part of our review to make sure that you do not fall victim to hacking as has happened recently.
