Chrome crashed on me last week and as a result I lost my profile, and in it the extensions I had installed. Not great. I thought today, as I put them all back, I would create this blog post with a one-liner about each of them. It's as much for me as it might be for you.

• Bit.ly (shorten, share, and track your links)
  Needs no explanation. I use Bit.ly all the time.

  My own extension. I am still mourning the apparent demise of the YellowPipe Lynx Viewer for Firefox
• Yet Another Google Bookmarks Extension
  The best of the bunch for Google bookmark access.
• Aviary Screen Capture
  Useful for screenshots.
• Feedly
  It's how I keep up to date with the world. Great magazine style presentation of the RSS subscriptions from my Google reader account.
• Send from Gmail (by Google)
  I use Google Apps for my domain. This makes it easy to send people links to interesting content.
• Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by Google)
  Saves me having to worry about Office on my PC.
• RSS Subscription Extension (by Google)
  The built-in Chrome RSS handling is pretty dire. This makes it great.
• XML Tree
  Couldn't live without it! View XML in an expandable tree within Chrome.
