KashFlow is a secure on-line accounting system we use in our own business. It's a great bit of software, you probably already know that if you're looking at this article. As business users we love that it's secure, our data is important to us, but as a user it can be pretty tedious going through the logon screens to access your accounts. 

The username / password / secret word combination needed to access KashFlow is there for a reason, a very good one, but it can make day to day use a real bore.

Why not use a simple application to access KashFlow in a second, not a minute?

We use KashFlow to manage our own finances. Part of the reason why we chose KashFlow was because it makes the job of sending invoices to clients really easy - simply clicking a button will email a PDF immediately.

In troubled financial times it seems some people are looking for an excuse to pay invoices as late as possible and we have been told "the invoice has been lost, we've been meaning to ask for a new copy". I'm sure that is a genuine excuse but it got us thinking.

KashFlow is used by Click2Scan to track all their company finances. This includes transactions made through several eCommerce sites in the Click2Scan group of businesses through which Click2Scan sell scanner hardware, document scanning and photo scanning services.

Recently GoldFigure worked with Click2Scan to develop an integration between their multiple VPASP online stores and their KashFlow system.
